It’s a lot as, as a daughter to kinda give orders rather than receive them, ’cause it’s still your mom, and, you know, it’s mentally challenging, more than I ever could’ve imagined. Um, every day I’m reminding myself that she took care of you.

So stop complaining and, you know, just do it, ’cause I’m sure she… You know, I have no social life, and I’m sure she had no social life with you, ’cause my mom had me when she was 15. So I’m always going back to that to remind myself as to why I’m doing this. Um, but I do struggle with is this the best, you know, like, am I doing the best I can do?

Should I have professionals doing this?

Oh my gosh, it’s so expensive. Oh my gosh. Like, I would just get, like, a life supply of all of these things. All of the things that she, that she need that you didn’t even account for. At least when you have a baby, they kinda prep you. Mm-hmm. But for this, it’s like, no, you just learn as you go.

My friend said to me the other day that I am so used to throwing money at situations, and this I can’t.

Mm-hmm. I think that if I had money, that this would be a lot easier. Of course, I’ll still be dealing with mental things, but I think that I definitely would have threw money at this. I definitely would have my mom here and have all kinds of doctors and nurses in and out all the time taking care of her, getting her dressed, and all of those things.
